here's how to do it
1.you mix soap water in a bowl
2.fill up a balloon with oxygen
3.then put a straw
4.you put the end of the balloon in the water and oxygen comes out
5.bubbles will form
6.wet your hand in water grab bubbles a lite them up with flames
7.then you fill  the balloon  with oxygen and hydrogen
